Becky J.Barney
Becky J. Barney is a 1995 graduate from the Oklahoma City University School of Law. Becky has received the American Jurisprudence Award for legal research and writing. She is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, Custer County Bar Association, Oklahoma Bar Foundation and the Oklahoma Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. Throughout her career she has provided volunteer work for Legal Aid Services of Oklahoma. Becky is admitted to practice in Federal Court in the Western District of Oklahoma and Eastern District of Oklahoma. She enjoys the practice of law in Weatherford and routinely travels to other counties throughout the state.
Dana J. Hada
Dana J. Hada is a 2004 graduate of the University of Notre Dame Law School and is licensed to practice law in Oklahoma and Indiana. She served as an Assistant District Attorney in Oklahoma’s Judicial District 2 for approximately three years prior to entering private practice. Hada has extensive experience in jury trials as both a prosecutor and defense counsel, sitting as lead counsel in several trials. Over the course of her career, she has also served as an Adjunct Professor in the areas of commercial law, criminal law and legal issues at Olivet Nazarene University and Southwestern Oklahoma State University. She currently serves as an Associate Examiner to the Board of Bar Examiners of the State of Oklahoma and was the 2019 Custer County Bar President.
